Recording and Photography Policy
To ensure compliance with host facility regulations and to respect presenters’ intellectual property, participants are requested to observe the following guidelines regarding recording and photography during ISWFPC 2027:
Presentation Sessions
- Participants may, in principle, take photographs of presentation slides and record audio using their smartphones for personal reference.
- Video recording of presentations is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained from the presenter and the conference organizers.
- The use of laptops, tablets, and smartphones for note-taking is permitted.
Mill Tour
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited throughout the mill tour.
- Participants are not permitted to take any photographs, videos, or other visual recordings within the mill premises.
- Participants are expected to comply fully with all instructions provided by mill personnel and tour guides
